Questions Before You Visit?
From booking your appointment to understanding our repair process, we've
answered some of the questions customers ask most often.

Most vehicles that use full synthetic oil need a change every 7,500 to 10,000 miles, or at least once or twice a year. Always follow the interval in your owner's manual — we will also put a reminder sticker on your windshield.
The right oil depends on your engine, age, mileage and the specification in your owner's manual. Our technicians look up your vehicle before any work begins and recommend conventional, synthetic blend, full synthetic, high-mileage or diesel oil accordingly.
Yes. Every oil change includes a check of your fluid levels — coolant, brake, power steering, transmission and washer fluid where accessible — plus tire pressure and a basic vehicle inspection.
Walk-ins are always welcome, but booking online lets you pick a time that suits you and skip the wait. Same-day appointments are often available.
Most oil changes are finished in 20 to 30 minutes. Diesel and specialty services can take a little longer; we will give you a time estimate when you arrive.

No. We use oils and filters that meet or exceed manufacturer specifications and record every service, so your new-vehicle warranty stays intact.

Questions About LIFT Services?
From booking your appointment to understanding our repair process,
we've answered some of the questions customers ask most often.

We service most cars, SUVs, pickups and light-duty diesel trucks, domestic and imported. If you drive something unusual, give us a call and we will confirm we have the right oil and filter in stock.
Pull over safely and turn off the engine. Check the oil level if you can; low oil or low oil pressure can damage the engine quickly. Call us — we can advise you and get you booked in the same day.
Yes. Short trips, stop-and-go traffic, towing, dusty roads and extreme temperatures all count as severe service and usually mean more frequent oil changes.
Your owner's manual lists the grade and specification. As a rule, newer engines often require synthetic oil, older engines with 75,000+ miles benefit from high-mileage oil, and diesel engines need diesel-rated oil.
If you are within 1,000 miles of your next oil change, it is a good idea. We will also check your tires, lights and fluids so you can drive with confidence.
Yes. All used oil, filters and containers are collected and recycled responsibly.
Of course. Our lounge has seating and Wi-Fi, and you are welcome to watch the service from the bay window at most locations.
